• Many applications restored including: core financial and patient information systems, coding and billing software, employee payroll system, new interim telephone system, interface engine, and temporary radiology imaging system.
• H:drive and K:drive restored• Web site updates ongoing

• PromptMed open 24/7 until MED-1 mobile emergency unit arrived June 23
• Outpatient Radiology Services in units in hospital parking lot for CT and MRI

Employees & Medical Staff: Update One Month Later
• Physician tours given of building; regular physician communications
• Pay commitment to employees made first week
• HR assignment process implemented (400 regular duties; 660 assigned to work with CRH cleanup; 200 registry at other hospitals; 200 special projects; 100 community work)
• Lean Sigma process improvement projects underway – 83 identified

Finance: Progress One Month Later
• Pay commitment to employees reallocated from savings for building project
• Estimated damages at $125 million - still to be determined reimbursement from insurance, FEMA, and other sources
• Some revenue being generated, but surgery and inpatient remain closed which provide large revenue source
• Normal purchasing processes have resumed

What’s Next
• Critical pathways must be restored before occupying more of building (elevators, electrical, HVAC/air handling, medical gases, life safety)
• Priority list of next information system applications to restore includes: Document imaging, Portal, dictation/transcription system, permanent radiology imaging system/PACS, connectivity to main hospital campus from CRH Tech Center, and connectivity to interim CRH service locations

• For employees who are currently receiving payroll via paper checks - we need to move to direct deposit only beginning with the July 24 payroll
• For July 10 payroll employees receiving paper checks need to bring a voided check, deposit ticket, or letter from bank with account # or routing # to Human Resources by Tuesday, July 8 at 4 p.m. to receive pay direct deposited for July 10 or paychecks will be mailed home no later than Monday, July 14

Foundation Recovery Fund
• Great support for Foundation Flood Recovery Fund at $1.5 million in less than 30 days
• Support by other Indiana hospitals including $100,000 Hendricks Regional Hospital and $100,000 St. Vincent

• Pool Party at Donner Center – Sunday, July 27 from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
• Open to all CRH employees, doctors, and volunteers plus family members
• Night donated to hospital by Parks & Rec / Donner
• Opportunity to celebrate great progress and reconnect with CRH family
