SCOPE/COMMENTS PROJECT PHOTO BUDGET /COST STATUSSCOPE: BP24: Access Control including video intercom, Security Vestibules, Teller Window/Door Upgrade, Window Film, Central Cooling, Domestic Water Equipment, Carpeting, Wall Coverings, Wall Painting and Coating, Replacement of Public Address, Metal Exterior Door, Bleachers, Boiler/Air Handler HVAC Component, Water Heater Plumbing Fixtures, Drains, Gutters, Package Roof Top Unit, Exterior Condenser, Fan Coil HVAC Component, Motor Control Center, Roof Condenser, Generator, Panelboard, Power Service, Distribution Panel, Electrical Disconnect, Switchgear, and Electrical Transformer

BP01 and BP01A: Re-key Doors, Interior Door Hardware and Security Cameras BP02: Update Existing Sidewalk

COMMENTS: Architectural services were approved by the Board of Trustees and notice to proceed was issued. This work is scheduled for the last phase of the 2014 Bond program.

As approved by Board of Trustees on 05/16/2016, $928 was transferred from the Program Contingency in relation to BP02.
