Going to school in your hometown?• Vote at your assigned polling station– This will be on your registration card

• Bring valid photo identification – Drivers Licence, Ontario ID Card etc.

Getting Students InvolvedVOTING

Going to school away from home?Students can vote in either:• The riding in which they permanently reside• The riding in which they live to go to school

Vote in school riding• Proof of Identification (ex. Drivers license or Ontario ID card)• Proof if residence (ex. Residence bill , lease agreement, piece of

mail)

Getting Students InvolvedVOTING: Students Living On Campus

Vote in hometown riding• Their hometown polling station• Vote by mail• Vote at an Elections Canada office by special ballot• Elections Canada offices opening in schools and youth centres
