Five S

The 5 - S practice is a technique used to establish and maintain quality environment in an organization. The name stands for 5 Japanese words :-

• Seiri• Seiton• Seiso,• Sieketsu & • Shitsuke

Seiton :Arrange a place for everything. Everything in its place.

Seiso : Clean your workplace thoroughly.

Seiketsu : Maintain a standard.
