Fonts - Good

• Use backgrounds such as this one that are attractive but simple
• Use the same background consistently throughout your presentation–This means the same color scheme.
–Or the same type of design or theme, etc.

• If your background is blurry, don’t use it.

• Try to stay away from pictures being your background.

• Avoid backgrounds that are distracting or difficult to read from
• Always be consistent with the background that you use

• Use graphics that are related to your theme.
• Don’t put too many graphics on one slide.
• Don’t put more than one animated graphic on a slide.

• Make sure the colors of the graphic work with your background and words.
• Don’t let a graphic cover up your words.
• Don’t stretch your graphic so that it’s blurry.

• Proof your slides for:–spelling mistakes–the use of repeated words–grammatical errors you might have made
