Freight Deliveries - Field Days 2016

As the Star Track Express Agency in Dowerin, JK Williams & Co offer a delivery service for exhibitors and visitors attending the Dowerin Field Days. We can arrange for pickup and delivery of goods to and from the show grounds, both from the Star Track Express and Courier Australia depots.

Prices are as follows;

- Delivery to/from Star Track Depot (JK Williams & Co.) = $30.00 inc GST (per lift)

- Delivery to/from Courier Australia Depot (Dowerin Newsagency) = $40.00 inc GST (per lift)

As we are unable to ascertain how well products are packaged prior to arrival for forklift transport, we are only able to offer an all care but no responsibility delivery service. We are not a common carrier and will accept no liability as such.

We reserve the right to refuse the carriage or transport of goods for any person, corporation or company and the carriage or transport of any class of goods at our discretion.

Security of your freight is one of our top priorities with our depot monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day and protected by electronic alarm systems.

We recommend that internal packaging of goods should contain bubble wrap, foam inserts, paper/cardboard fillers to eliminate possible movement during transportation.

Packaging should have a single label detailing:- Senders name- Receivers name- Site Number- Consignment note number- Number of cartons e.g. 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3

The consignment note should have identical details completed as the freight dispatched.

The sender will need to rely on their own Transit Insurance for any losses or damages. We will always assist and support your claim by supplying relevant documentation etc. We strongly recommend that you arrange appropriate transit insurance prior to despatching.

Deliveries will only be made prior or after the event, no deliveries will be completed during the event (ie: Wednesday or Thursday).
