ROSAV.S.Q. VINO SPUMANTE ROSÈ DI PINOTVino spumante Brut di Qualità VSQ – Metodo Charmat Lungo – ottenuto dalla pigiatura soffice di uve Prosecco, Pinot Nero dell’Alto Adige e Lagrein Dunkel, maturato per nove mesi in autoclave e sei mesi in bottiglia. Dal sapore fresco d’acidità e asciutto, ha profumo intenso e caratteristico di fiori che accompagna un bouquet delicato dal leggero sentore di cerasuolo. Di colore rosa pastello tenue, dai riflessi brillanti. È adatto per antipasti di verdura e carni bianche.
UVE DA CUI È PRODOTTO: Pinot Nero, Pinot Bianco e Chardonnay.
COLLOCAZIONE GEOGRAFICA: Alto Adige nella zona compresa tra S. Michele Appiano e Magré.
PERIODO DI VENDEMMIA: Prima metà di settembre.
VINIFICAZIONE: In bianco, tranne un parziale contatto con le bucce per il Pinot Nero, alla temperatura di 18°C.
PRESA DI SPUMA: Per lenta rifermentazione in grandi recipienti chiusi, a 12-14°C, con successiva sosta sui lieviti di circa 3 mesi. Pressione in bottiglia: 5 atm.
TEMPERATURA DI SERVIZIO: 8°C, stappando la bottiglia al momento del consumo.
RESIDUO ZUCCHERINO: Circa 7/8 g/l.
VSQ quality Brut spumante, long Charmat method, 12° alcohol, produced by soft pressing of Prosecco, Lagrein Dunkel and Pinot Noir grapes from Alto Adige. Aged for 9 months in tanks and 6 months in bottle. It has a dry fresh � avour with a characteristic intense � oral aroma and a delicate bouquet with a hint of cherry. Its pastel pink colour with bright � ashes recalls the tints of Spring.Suitable for vegetable starters and white meat.
GRAPE VARIETIES: Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay.
GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION: Alto Adige in the area between S. Michele Appiano and Magré.
HARVEST: First half of September.
VINIFICATION: White vini� cation, that is to say without the skins, except for partial contact with the skins for the Pinot Noir, at a controlled temperature of 18°C (68°F).
PRISE DE MOUSSE: Through slow refermentation in large sealed tanks at 12-14°C (approx. 54-57°F), remaining on the yeasts for approximately 3 months. Pressure behind the cork: 5 atm
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8°C (approx. 41-45°F); uncork the bottle just before serving.
RESIDUAL SUGAR: Approx. 7/8 g/l.
