• Examine classroom level data and performance, 4Sight reporting categories/item analysis to determine focus areas

• Own it!

• Action planning – how will we adapt instruction to better meet the needs of students in the focus areas we identified?

• We must strengthen TIER 1

• Provide you with access to current data as soon as it is available

• Provide time to meet and discuss the data and action plan

• Develop a list of research-based intervention strategies that regular classroom teachers can utilize when making instructional decisions

• Access to specialists to help classroom teachers build intervention plans and determine best instructional approaches
