Graphic Design / Marketing Communications Specialist

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns across various media • Generate a wide range of projects including infographics, photography, videography, advertisements,

newsletters, manuals, catalogs, social media posts, and web pages • Maintain, improve, and implement style guides to ensure brand consistency and enhance the look and feel

of all company materials • Proofread copy to ensure professional quality and technical accuracy • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Marketing Director

DESIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION, and EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in visual communications, graphic design, web design, advertising, technical writing, marketing, or

relevant experience • Design-related experience with a portfolio highlighting your best work • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

• Highly creative, resourceful, organized, and detail oriented • Self-motivated, working efficiently with minimal supervision • Enthusiasm for working at a small, rapidly growing company

This is a full-time position with benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience, but has an anticipated

salary range of $38,000-$48,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, retirement, paid holidays, compensated leave, and profit sharing. Work schedule is generally Monday-Friday 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
