This guide sets out all the procedures and rules in place to ensure
that working in our facilities is safe for everyone
CAE Montreal is taking a cautious and
gradual approach to allow a limited number of
employees to return to our premises

Raise your hand to declare that you:
• Comply with local quarantine requirements;
• Do not have COVID-19 or COVID-19 symptoms;
• Were not in contact with someone who has COVID-19;
• Comply with the return to work guide and pandemic code of conduct.
An infrared thermometer camera will take your temperature to
ensure you do not have a fever
If your temperature is equal to or above 38 oC/100.4 oF, you
will not be allowed to enter CAE facilities

face coverings to everyone entering its
facilities.
To put the face mask on:
1. Disinfect your hands

When to wear a surgical mask, face covering and eye protection?
Surgical masks are mandatory in the areas where
keeping a two-metre (6 feet) distance with others
is not possible and where indicated.

Closed areas
Certain areas are closed to allow for
better disinfection and cleaning in the
available areas.
As such, you may not be working in your
usual area. Your manager will inform you
where to work before you come to CAE.
Though you will have access to your
personal drawer or desk in closed areas,
avoid using them, as these areas are
not disinfected. If you must access them,
wash your hands afterward.

out and limited to one chair per table. You must
