– Application Submitted to the Principal Already
- Candidate - SEA Application Officer
When the confirmed application is submitted to Principal for endorsement, a notification email will be automatically sent to the candidate and the SEA Application Officer.
2 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Application Submitted to the HKEAA Already
- Candidate - SEA Application Officer
When the application is endorsed, a notification email will be automatically sent to the candidate and the SEA Application Officer.
3 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Application rejected by Principal
- Candidate - SEA Application Officer
When the application is rejected, a notification email will be automatically sent to the candidate and the SEA Application Officer.
4 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Application revoked already - Principal
- SEA Application Officer
When the application is revoked by the SEA Application Officer, a notification email will be automatically sent to the Principal and the SEA Application Officer.
5 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Acknowledgement of Receipt of Application
- Candidate - SEA Application Officer
When the application is accepted by the HKEAA, acknowledgement letter will be sent to the candidate and the SEA Application Officer on the scheduled date.
6 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Notification Letter of Application Result
- Candidate - Principal - SEA Application Officer
A notification letter with the Speaking Examination Timetable and the SEA Information Sheet attached, if applicable, will be automatically sent to the candidate, the Principal and the SEA Application Officer on the scheduled date.
7 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Applications pending for endorsement by the principal
- Principal - SEA Application Officer
When the applications are unendorsed for a week before the application deadline, an alert email will be automatically sent to the Principal reminding him/her to endorse the applications. An alert email will also be automatically sent to the Principal to remind him/her to handle the unendorsed applications on the 5 consecutive days before the application deadline.
8 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Acknowledgement of Receipt of Applications (Summary)
- Principal - SEA Application Officer
A weekly summary to indicate the number of SEA applications which received acknowledgement letter(s) will be sent to the Principal and the SEA Application Officer for record.
9 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Notification Letters of Application Results (Summary)
- Principal - SEA Application Officer
A weekly summary to indicate the number of SEA applications which received notification letter(s) will be sent to the Principal and the SEA Application Officer for record.
10 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Applications not be processed by the HKEAA
- Candidate - Principal - SEA Application Officer
When the application is rejected by the HKEAA, a notification email will be automatically sent to candidate, the Principal and the SEA Application Officer.
11 HKDSE SEA Online Services – Requests for Late Application
- Principal - SEA Application Officer
When the late application request is either accepted or rejected, a notification email will be automatically sent to the Principal and the SEA Application Officer.
