Self-Assessments - Communication Style (DiSC) or EQ Assessment or Time Mastery Assessment

1. Fill out Pages 3-5 – select the response that indicates how much you agree or disagree with each statement. Rub a coin on one of the four ovals.

2. Turn to Page 6 to find your overall time mastery. (Add together all 12 of the Category scores from pages 3-5).

3. Turn to Page 7 to highlight each of your strengths and weaknesses in each of the time management categories. Circle the number that represents the total score for that category and connect all the points in a graph.

4. Fill out Page 8 and fill out questions 1-7.5. Read page 9.
