Where the property is the hero brand, the logo lockup is the support brand and often appears in the footer of the design. Websites are the exception, the footer can require a lot of scrolling. To be visible in web based design bring it higher up in the design ie. the header. Primary (landscape orientation) and Secondary (stacked orientation) logos are provided - choose the best visual fit.
We also have a distinctive Commercial Graphic Style to be used for ISPT commercial and co-branded communications. For more information on how to create and apply this go to https://goo.gl/5fKAg8
The Commercial Graphic Style features a flexible graphic device which:– creates the white space required to hold the logo lockup – allows for a property logo when required – uses the property brand colours with the ISPT blue to show
the co-brand structure

USAGE GUIDELINES
In the commercial portfolio and for property communication the logo lockup replaces the ISPT logo, or the ‘proudly owned by version’ that was phased out in 2017. Download the logo files and the logo lockup user guide from www.ispt.net.au/brand
The principles of using the logo lockup must be applied every time it’s used.
THE MANDATORY USAGE PRINCIPLES
Full colourThe logo lockup is used in full ISPT brand colours only and never reversed out of a block of colour.
White backgroundThe logo lockup must always appear on a white background. White should be incorporated into the design process at the start or if that is not an option when a white panel is added for the ‘Places that work’ lockup to appear on.
PositionThe logo lockup is usually placed at the bottom right of the communication design, or in the top right if used in a header for digital use. The property logo always appears to the left of the logo lockup.
Preferred versionThe Primary logo lockup is the first choice for use in design. Where the Primary logo lockup is not a good visual fit i.e. narrow design then the Secondary lockup may be used.
White SpaceAllow sufficient white space around the logo lockup so it is clear and not cluttered.
Proportion (size)No other support logo may exceed the size of the ISPT logo in height and width. Respect minimum sizes. For property-led communications the property logo maybe larger in size whilst being in proportion.
UsageUse the logo lockup exactly as it is. Do not extend or distort the logo lockup. Do not use any elements of the logo lockup in isolation. Do not add drop shadows or other elements including animation to the lockup.

USING IT WITH ENDORSED BRANDS
We have invested into some ‘value add offerings’ in response to our changing markets and trends, customer needs and feedback. They deliver on our commitment that we can build a better experience for our customers and communities. Our endorsed brands have their own identity but are closely linked to ISPT through their logo, brand colours, and messaging.
‘BY ISPT’ is part of the logo in all usage situations. Our endorsed brands are:
The logo lockup is never used co-joined (i.e. in close proximity) to endorsed brands. It can be used as a support brand in a separate position within the design. When drafting use the ‘about’ copy to refer to ‘places that work’ and take inspiration from the Manifesto story.
Flex by ISPT Endorsed brands examples (clockwise from top): Brochure, Foyer Screen Promotion and Lobby Display.
BRAND APPROVALAlways seek brand approval from Jocelyn Dussuyer, Brand & Communications Manager, ISPT prior to printing or publishing electronically any design that uses the ISPT logo.
