PC SUPPORT SPECIALIST Students who enroll in the PC Support Specialist program will be taught PC hardware support skills while gaining the ability to design and implement small office-home office (SOHO) networks. The networking course teaches subnetting and networking computers, printers, and tablets. They are also taught the basics of Microsoft office with Word, Excel and Outlook. The PC Support Specialist (PCSS) program prepares for two certifications.
