Understand the needs and desires of the community as they relate to land use and development.
Develop strategies for desirable land use and development that will support Lake Highlands as a high-quality, sustainable community, in coordination with the District 10 Strategic Plan.
Communicate the work of the Committee to gain the support of Lake Highlands residents and other stakeholders.
Promote the implementation of the land use and development strategy through community and civic involvement.
