Land ApplicationsIn military operative situations as well as civilian situations on ground, the important aspect is to save the lives of the personnel inside a vehicle or building. This is done by securing the object with ballistic protection in order to break and stop any fragments from hurting or killing the personnel inside the vehicle or building. The highest possible protection is crucial, but also the weight added is of a great matter.
Scanfibers light weight products guarantee optimum protection of personnel and equipment in both military vehicles as well in civilian applications, such as soft skinned and Cash-in-Transit vehicles. Using our light weight protection solutions instead of traditional steel solutions, will reduce wear on the vehicle and fuel consumption, while operational radius, load-carrying capacity, and mobility are kept at level with the vehicles standard properties.
