► Making the breadth of information accessible online

► Highlighting the underlying principles that should be put in place rather than offering a tool

► Achknowledge the hurdles throughout the process, yet frame them positively

► Make it tanglible to the community when they have learned totackle a hurdle. Celebrate these successes.
