• Service Plans turned in at beginning of contract period.

• Any changes to the LTCT school Calendar submitted to resident school districts with face to face conversation.

• This proposal would align the revenue and expenditure calculations.
Target Students
–Contact Cherisse at ODE if you have a Target student –Cherisse verifies that student is a target student–Student enrollment sent to Cherisse
Common Student Assessment
• Work group with members from LTCT’s school programs, YCEP, JDEP.
• RFP proposals in group reviewing• Monies to pay for assessment will
come out of ODE Title 1 N/D funds
