One deviation to the Multi-Dwelling Residential Site Plan Standards:
19.74.030.D – Development Standards, Buffering and Screening, subsection 3.a(2):
Trash receptacles shall be screened with a solid wall or fence and shall not be located in a primary or secondary front yard setback area.

Staff’s Recommended Motion
That the Missoula Design Review Board approves the Site Design Package for 3010-3014 Tina Avenue with deviations to the Development Standards, Buffering and Screening of the Multi-dwelling Residential Site Plan Standards chapter, specifically section of 19.74.030.D.3.a(2) to allow for a trash receptacle to be located in a primary front yard setback. This approval is subject to the following condition.
Condition of Approval
That the front gate of the dumpster enclosure is replaced with a gate made of the same material and style than the side walls of said enclosure.
