Faculty feedback on the management for the odd semester 2013-14 .

Feedback was taken from the faculties of MCA department for the odd semester 2013-14 on 3/9/2013 .

The same was analyzed and observations are as follows:

1. The grading is classified as excellent , very good , good and fair. The marks awarded are 5 , 4 & 3

for each item respectively. The averaging of grading for each item has been done to assess the

grading of faculties on each item.

2. The grading and remarks are as follows :

a) The faculty has graded item 5 namely faculty development opportunities as

excellent.

b) Items 1 ,2 , 3, 4 ,6,7,8 and 9 namely pecuniary disbursement , teaching facility ,

library facility , internet connectivity , deputation for academic work , assess to top

management, carrier promotion and campus amenities , canteen etc., have been

graded as very good .

c) The staffs were informed of the developments and the actions taken by the

management.

3. The faculty and staff were requested to carry out their duties in a fitting manner for overall

improvement of the department.
