What is NAPA PROLink?

Customer (Shop) System Requirements

Serving NAPA Store must be on the NAPA Wide Area Network

PC with Browser Internet Service

– Can be dial up

– “Always on” (DSL) is preferred,

but not necessary

– NAPA ISP available at napaprolink.com

– Future DSL and satellite offerings

Serving NAPA Store must be on the NAPA Wide Area Network

Minimum T-710 J System or better DVD Catalog in TAMS

– Customer must have an account in TAMS – Customer must be setup as an ACCESS

customer

NAPA Commercial Systems Group support 1-800-742-3578

10 digit PROLink ID number, 9 digit TAMS store number, customer’s TAMS ACCESS password

If you have forgotten your log-in and password or 10-digit PROLink ID number there is no need to call TRACS support, just enter your e-mail address and the information will be sent to you.
