Dear Nadiya,There is an opportunity to include an Ukrainian animal feed producing or beef breeding SME to an FP7 project on a call “Feed from Waste”. We are part of a consortium, where an SME form a candidate or a neighboring country can be included, which can participate in the testing of feed products made of whey permeate or molasses. The time is extremely short, since the submission date is 15 November 2011. The tasks of that SME would be mostly demonstration activity with 50% funding rate. They have to have a PIC code or able to get it before the submission date. If you are interested please contact Aniko Cserny (aniko.cserny@pharmagora.hu) and myself, in parallelApologies for the short noticeBest regardsAndras

Compliance with EU policies and national development programs
What we are expecting from government?
•
National projects of country development = national strategy in food and agro-sector = participation – recognition of NTP “Agro-Food” activity;
•
Ministries = relevant: State Agency of Ukraine for Science, Innovation and Information, Health, Ministry of Agriculture and Food in Ukraine; Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sport = representatives – for the consultation- communication process – to be mutually beneficial, harmonised, constructive and effective cooperation = to became equal strategic EU partner
•
Structural founds and International founds complementation strategy
BAGATYR
Results: Negative trends
1. No Registered officially yet and No LOGO and No website
2. No official action plan – still draft, and again! – should be modified – the distance is increases: SRIA
3. No ability for response adequately to international demands – current “Latvian” example: we were not able to proceed it in terms – low contacts with policy makers
4. SEE authorities: no real instruments to act5. No reliable background for regional international
cooperation: other possible instruments: INTERREG, HUSKROUA: open call now: difficulties with ADEQUATE Partners
