The rocks of Chotasia, Mani provide only 6 tonnes of unre�ned salt per year. It is considered to be one of the

best salts in the Mediterranean Sea. It is ideal for a balanced and healthy nutrition. It gives

a special �avor to �sh, meat and salads.This salt holds a small amount of moisture because it

hasn’t undergone any treatment. This special texture is responsible for its crystalline form and the delicate

taste.

It consists of white, light and crumbly crystals. Composition: sodium chloride 94,3 – 97,6%,

calcium 0,19 – 0,20%, magnesium 0,42 – 0,79%, potassium 0,22 – 0,67%, iron 8 – 11,1 mg/kg,

iodine 0,5 - <3 mg/kg
