Organic Coffee Teas & Steepers
We like cookbooks. We like skimming through them, admiring their food photography and allowing ourselves to get hungry. Or sitting on the floor amidst a sea of them, searching for the perfect dinner party menu. We like folding down the corners of recipes, a ‘will make this later’ promise to ourselves. And then, after that, the stained, scribbled page of a well-loved and often made favorite. We also like creating cookbooks, so we can share the dishes we love with guests like you.
While we love our meat-filled dishes like the new Chicken Chorizo Club Hot Box and Kale Chicken Caesar Salad, our latest cookbook, Fast Vegan, is a book that celebrates our 15-year love affair
with veg. It builds on the themes that have guided us ever since we opened our first restaurant in London in 2004 - food that tastes great, is remarkably good for you, leaves you feeling great after you have eaten it, is kind to the planet and is affordable – because plants are key to all five.
It’s our job to make plants taste so good, they appeal to everyone: vegans, those who want to eat more plants, and those who just want some tasty recipes irrespective of whether they’re made with vegetables or not. And that’s why, this spring, we’ve taken the Caribbean Plantain Curry straight from the pages of Fast Vegan and put it on our menu. A mix of sweet potato, plantain and kale,
it’s cooked slowly in a creamy coconut sauce, bright with lime and the warmth of habanero chili peppers.
Our hope is that these dishes, all based on the Mediterranean diet, give you a little more spring in your step this season. Here’s to you getting the LOVe [Burger] you deserve this spring.

When it comes to coffee, we can’t think of anything we haven’t thought of. We begin our sourcing process in Peru with beans that are organic (which means they’re better for you and the ground they’re grown in) and fairtrade (which is better for the farmers who grow them). We work with a lovely local roastery, Swings, who produce for us in small batches in Alexandria, VA. We donate to the World Land Trust, a charity that buys and protects areas of rainforest.
You can feel good grabbing your drink to go, as our cups are fully compostable and biodegradable. And when it comes to the milk inside your coffee, well you can feel good about that too. Our organic milk is from grass-fed cows.
Served with two soft poached free-range eggs.
