Online Reservation System: Court Booking Guidelines

Pre-Requisite

Valid Membership

Waiver form signed

Login Credentials with password emailed ( will be provided only when Waiver form is signed). If not rec’d please contact the membership convener, Angie Brown at membership@sbtennis.org

Understand that all members are playing at their own risk and Club assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever.

Agree to abide by all Club Rules.

Have all information required to complete the form pertaining to you and your playing partner.

On the homepage of SBTC , click on the Court booking as shown.

From the drop down menu, choose the Court booking Instructions.

Read the Court Booking Instructions and Log in using the Credentials emailed to you*

* You will receive the Login credentials once Waiver form is submitted via separate email.

Post Login, click on “Reserve a Court” from the drop down menu of Court Booking.

Upon successful Login, you would be able to see Court availability

Select the date, time and the court to be reserved*.

*Please note the 2Hr Cap/Day for reserving the courts.

Fill in the details for you as well as your Playing partner and click Reserve
