COVID-19 Lifting RestrictionsPHASE 2

Since May, The Irish Government have started to lift some restrictions to slowly reopen ourcommunity. Some people who weren't allowed out beforehave been allowed out to exercise. And some shops that were closed have reopenedwith social distancing in place.

Any changes made will be small and will be madeslowly, so we can start to return to normal whilestill protecting ourselves from COVID-19. I should still stay at home as much as I can. I cango outside to shop for things that I need. I might be able to visit a few different shops tobuy things I could not before.

Stay at home. Keep the window open if you can.

I am now allowed to meet other people in smallgroups outside of my home. I can travel up to20km from my house. When I meet with people I do not live with, Imust stay 2 metres apart from them.

When we visit retail stores, we must queueoutside 2 metres apart to help protectourselves and others.

I am now allowed to visit a friend's/family’shouse. Four people are allowed meet upinside a house for 2 hours.

My school/college will still be closed. Itis not safe for me to return toschool/college yet. It will be safe toreturn soon.

When I go outside, I may see people wearinga mask on their face. Masks are used toprotect others from the coronavirus. If I wearone, I should still do other important thingsto help stop the spread of the virus.

When I am outside or in my home, I mustremember to continue practising goodhygiene. This includes washing my hands andcovering my mouth when I sneeze and cough. This protects myself and others.

The Irish government says we have all done agreat job at keeping each other safe, andthat is why we can now slowly start to dosome of these things. I am doing really wellat keeping myself and others around me safeand healthy.
