� NEDA Approval of Clark International Airport – Passenger Terminal Building (PTB)
� A new passenger terminal building is to be constructed in Clark which will serve 3mn
passengers yearly to meet growing demand in Central and North Luzon.
� NEDA Approval of Naga Airport and Busuanga Airport
� Reorientation of the airport to allow dual approach, night operations and lower travel cost by
up to 50%

� Standardization of motor vehicle and motorcycle license plates
� LTO Service Improvement Program
� Increase accessibility by opening Driver’s License Renewal Offices at various shopping malls.
