Welcome to the eLearning Course on Effective Electoral Assistance. EC-UNDP-IDEA(voice narrating text) With the demand in this kind of training being very high, mobilising such a large number of persons and organising these training events caused some limitations to this initiative in financial and logistical terms and in the intended outreach. To address these important issues, the Joint Task Force realised the need for the “face-to-face” training activities to be closely complemented by a more comprehensive, more customisable, eLearning-based versions of the Effective Electoral Assistance training courses.
