Tuesday- Fundamentals of functional strength training- Weight lifting for sport- Exercise selection & progression- Olympic/dynamic stretching

Wednesday- Components of conditioning- Training to train- Training to compete- Fitness testing

Thursday- Basic of nutrition- Hydration for sport- Performance nutrition- Nutritional supplementation

Friday- Modern training techniques- Core strengthening training- Medicine ball training- Kettlebells and TRX Training
