The foundation of being a Prototype Athlete is inside of
everyone. We are not trainers-- we are coaches. We focus on
perfecting Bio mechanic efficiency to eliminate wasted
movement and train at a higher level. This allows our athletes to
see greater gains in less time.

Elite Physique Adult Fitness

After my wife gave birth to our son she asked
me to help her lose the 40lbs she gained from her
pregnancy. 6 months into training she discovered she
lost over 30lbs and gained a following of moms looking
to achieve the same goal of finding their pre-baby
figure. That summer the parents of our athletes asked
us to put together a workout group for adults looking
to get in shape. “Married to the Gym” was born and
our following continued to grow. After years of
coaching and a series of Boot camps our team put
together a program proven to burn body fat and build
lean muscle.
Regardless of age or gender all of our clients
are coached as athletes. People aspire to look like the
male and female gladiators that battle on the track &
field week after week. Why not coach them the same
way? No process too big… No detail too small…No
corners cut… Our adult clients are held to the same
standards as our elite college and professional athletes.
We have made this type of coaching affordable to our
adult clients by offering boot camp style training with
extreme precision and an unmatched intensity.
Program Details Clients have the opportunity to attend 6 sessions per week. Each session lasts a total of 45 minutes. Studies show that
people lose stubborn body fat at a greater rate when participating in high intensity exercises coupled with weight
lifting. Weight lifting is the only exercise that continues to burn calories
when the body is at rest. Three days a week our clients will
participate in a series of high intensity circuits that consist of weight lifting
movements originally known for increasing speed for performance.
The other three days our clients will participate in a series of explosive
anaerobic exercises to increase cardiovascular health and boost the
central nervous system. This will also speed up the metabolism
and promote fat burning when the body is not active.
Diet & Nutrition Any good fitness coach that takes pride in his or her craft knows that exercise is only part of the battle. 80% of all gains that occur in fitness happen in the kitchen and at the dinner table. We provide our clients with a simple but detailed food plan that can be followed by anyone regardless of their social or economic background. NO! This is not a diet plan. Fitness is a lifestyle and anyone truly interested in changing their body should first consider changing their eating habits.

gift. What’s the difference? Well gifts are given, while
talents are nurtured. Speed is simply one’s power
combined with the rate and range of one’s
neurological control of movement. In order to be
considered an elite athlete one must maximize their
body’s ability to be powerful without sacrificing the
rate and range of one’s neurological movement, and

Sports Performance Our performance program has evolved from
a sport-specific, football based conditioning tool, to
a fully functional corrective biomechanics regimen
for all sports. We have coached athletes to improve
their performance without focusing on their primary
sport skills. We make them better athletes,
physically and mentally simply by teaching them
our techniques and holding them accountable.
