Masonry Wall Assembly-Brick masonry wall (existing 1929 building shell)-Steel wide flange and c-channel strong backing-Infill windows (new and existing locations)

Roof Assembly-Aggregate ballast-Rigid insulation (sloped to drain to wood slat walls)-Drainage layer-Roof membrane on warm side of insulation-Steel roof deck-Steel tube beams-Steel stud furring-Gypsum board

Skylight-Glass sloped to drain to Roof Assembly 2-Mullions on tapered steel tube beams-End of beam set back from skylight opening in Roof Assembly 2

Wood Slat Wall Assembly-1”x3” wood slats, spaced 1” apart-2”x2” wood supports-Window mullions aligned with wood supports-Glass (for noise separation)-Operable panels at top of wood wall for stack ventilation
