Documents Needed

If the business is the type of proprietorship:

1) Identity Proof: Ration card, Voter Id or passport.

2) Passport size photographs of proprietor: 4

3) If business premises is own: Property title deed, property tax challan.

• If business premises is rental: copy of rental agreement, electricity bill for 2 months.

• Introduction letter from 2 registered dealer having same Sales tax jurisdiction.

• Fixed Deposit for Rs.500/- in favour of: CTO____ circle account ____ (name of applicant & address)

• Demand draft for Rs.500 in favour of CTO ___________ circle.

If the business is a partnership firm:

• Identity proof for each partner: Ration card, Voter Id or passport.

• Passport size photographs of partner: 5 in number for each partner.

• If business

premises is own: Property title deed, property tax challan.

• If business premises is rental: copy of rental agreement, electricity bill for 2 months.

• Introduction letter from 2 registered dealer having same Sales tax jurisdiction.

• Fixed Deposit for Rs.500/- in favour of: CTO__________ circle account _____________ (name of applicant & address).

If the business is a small private limited company:

• Identity proof for each director: Ration card, Voter Id or passport.

• Passport size photographs of director: 5 in number for each director.

• If business premises is own: Property title deed, property tax challan.
