ABOUT ABOUT These Innovation Expos will provide opportunities for VAMC staff to review new products in the convenience of their own facility. As a registered participant, you will demonstrate your company’s innovative products to Procurement Decision Makers (PDMs) and Clinical End-Users. Let them touch, experience and learn about the benefits your products provide for their service area. You will receive marketing support prior to, during, and following the event to the targeted service areas selected by you. Show Staff will strategically identify key VA staff in attendance for you, so you are prepared to engage them. Shows with a similar model have proven successful in VA facilities throughout the country.

CRITERIACRITERIA Company must be a verified SDVOSB or VOSB or in

attendance with a verified SDVOSB or VOSBpartner

Must be a Distributor or Manufacturer of productson display

Must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance Products must be able to be demonstrated at the

show Products must provide a solution to a VA Health

care need Products must be FDA approved Products must be commercially available (able to

be ordered or purchased) Companies must provide a capability statement

Target up to 10 departments relevant to your innovation Marketing support will be provided prior to and

during the event Show staff will strategically identify VA Staff, so you

are prepared to engage them. These are table top shows, not booths. You will

receive a 6’ foot table with linen, chairs and signage ifneeded electricity and space for larger equipment

Cost is $625 per show for up to 3 representatives Lunch and beverages are provided to all registrants Detailed logistics including security, shipping, load in,

and accommodation information Inclusion on Detailed Supplier List given to all staff
