In 2002, an established clothing manufacturer had a vision to revolutionise the styling and performance of rugby clothing: replacing the traditional shapeless, high maintenance shirts, shorts and socks with kit that looks and feels great.

Stash clothing features body-conscious styling, inspirational designs, and lighter, high performance fabrics that fit right, wash well and stand up to punishment, game after game. we innovate constantly, using new materials and new manufacturing methods to keep stash and its wearers ahead of the game.

Our passion to improve the performance of the player and the team permeates everything we do. To provide a better, more responsive service we have boosted stock levels and revolutionised manufacturing processes, so that we can now process orders faster, typically within 6 weeks.

NEONIX-300 : A revolutionary new fabric developed in collaboration with professional athletes, it sets a new standard in premium rugby shirts. Neonix-300 is a highly advanced material developed especially for sublimation and for the creation of an elite playing shirt. With its anti-bacterial features, as well as Its moisture-wicking system filters moisture away from the body effectively, keeping the player dry and helping to maintain a constant, comfortable body temperature. The soft, matte surface ensures ultimate comfort and a top level professional look that reflects the values and ambitions of any club.

NEONIX-LITE : Ideally suited warmer climates and perfect for 7’s, Neonix-Lite shares many of the advantages of Neonix-300, including a moisture-wicking system that helps to keep players dry and regulates body temperature. It is a high performance fabric that will enhance the club’s style and reflect its professionalism.

New EvoTex : Ideally suited to Semi-Fit and Loose-Fit shirts, EvoTex shares many of the advantages of Neonix-300, including a moisture-wicking system that helps to keep players dry and regulates body temperature. It is a high performance fabric that will enhance the club’s style and reflect its professionalism.

Neonix-twill : Our Rugby Union and Rugby Leauge shorts are made from Neonix-twill, a fabric exclusive to Stash which has full anti-bacterial features. Not only tough and durable, they are designed for comfort, style and performance.

Club and Sponsor logos

Sublimation printing is a perfect way to apply larger logos and complex designs to your on-field kit. The design is printed into the fabric before the garment is sewn together, allowing for more creative and inspiring designs. The ink penetrates the fabric permanently to eliminate fading, peeling or cracking.

When supplying Stash with artwork for club and sponsor logos...To ensure your files print clearly, all artwork for club and sponsor logos supplied, must be in a vector file/format. A vector file/format is usually an .ai, .eps, or pdf file, (pdf files must be created from a vector file).Hi-res .jpeg files can be supplied but again must be at least 300 dpi (Ideally 600dpi) to ensure the highest print quality. Anything lower than this may result in blurry, bit-mapped or pixelated print.

NOTE: Images used from the web are 72dpi and though they look fine on screen, they are not suitable for sublimated printing.

There is no artwork set-up charge for simple logos such as text and basic shapes: more complex requirements are usually charged but don’t worry, we will always tell you first!
