2) Summer Program for Member Universities
3) Internship, Conferences and Competitions
1. Proposals for Global Competence Education
1) Student Exchange Program for ASPIRE League
To promote global competence education for the League, an
exchange program among members may be started to encourage
student exchange. Participating students from each university
can form a group to get the best out of the exchange program
in learning, research and cultural assimilation.
2) Summer Program for Member Universities
ASPIRE League should start a summer program for member
university students to benefit from our network. This program may be
hosted on a rotating manner with each university hosting once over a
five year period.
3) Internship, Conferences and Competitions
One or more of the above activities may be organized each year to
increase the global adaptability of member university students.
Through such activities, participants can develop team spirit and
sense of responsibility in a global environment.
1) Consensus on Major Areas for Research Cooperation
2) Academic Journal for ASPIRE League
3) Research Projects on Global Competence/Excellence
2. Proposals for Global Excellence Research
1) Consensus on Major Areas for Research Cooperation
To carry out long-term research cooperation, major areas of research
collaboration should be identified. Based on the consensus on such
fields, the League is advised to develop concrete projects for
cooperation. We propose areas in Economics, Energy, Environment,
Materials, Bioscience, Public Security, Policy and Cultural Studies.
2) Academic Journal for ASPIRE League
Based on the identification of research areas and cooperation need,
an academic journal may be published featuring new findings in the
major areas or fruits of cooperation. Such a journal should be an
top English journal in the related areas. Editors should be experts in
the related areas of research and may be from the member universities.
3) Research Projects on Global Competence/Excellence
Research projects on the education and research status and future
development plans of the member universities may be carried
out for the reference of members and for the League. Such findings
can be published in the journal of the League or exchanged during
future activities of the League.
We hope specific programs and projects can be developed to promote multilateral cooperation and the growth of the ASPIRE League.
Thank you for your attention!
