Who are they?
● Born between 1946 – 1964 – massive baby boom● They are a cohort – a group of individuals born in
the same well defined time period (used cautiously to understand the behaviour of individuals of the same age)
● They created the baby echo of the late 1970's – early 1990's. The most common cohorts include:– Matures – before 1945– BB – 1945 – 1964– Gen. X – 1965 – 1979– Millennials – 1979 – on (part of baby echo)
