The forces of the disciples of twilight prepared to meet the necron force.

so, They awaited the command to attack.

Finally, Fane Bloodstar issued the order.

for Chaos!

The disciples had clearly disturbed a tomb world. A Temple was the entrance to the tomb, and it had to be sealed shut.

Patiently, the necrons held their position, waiting for the Disciples to come to them.

Swinging hard to the right, the chaos bikers advanced with the helbrutes, Deathcry and Hellscream following their advance.

Unloading their combi-bolters and plasma guns, the Necron warriors were reduced to just a few.

The bikers charged the remaining Warriors, crashing their bikes into them.

Meanwhile, Fane and the Terminators slowly advanced towards the Temple, intent on its destruction.

The Terminators and Fane charged the temple, trying to collapse it with blows from chainfists and power weapons.

However, the lychguard moved to charge them and prevent the destruction.

Necron Deathmarks also appeared and took aim at Fane. Fane shrugged most of the shots off, his armor holding, yet one had penetrated through.

More lychguard, as well as the deceiver, advanced to aid the warriors.

The lychguard charged the bikers. The bikers accepted the charge and managed to avoid most of the attacks.

The terminators, however, did not fare as well. Three of the gorgons were layed low from the necron blades.

Fane quickly charged forward to aid his bodyguard.

Hold the line!

Fane unleashed a devastating barrage of attacks and the lychguard were completely destroyed.

Sensing their moment, Fane ordered the remainder of the disciples of twilight to move up and counter-attack.

Deathcry shouldered into the deceiver, yet the deceiver dodged every attack.

His retinue having been vaporized to necron shooting, Fane continued his advance to reach yet more lychguard.

The Cultists also charged, hoping to kill off the scarabs and buy Fane some time.

Ever forward!

Fane had slashed through most of the lychguard.

The cultists were slowly winning their fight as well.

The chaos bikers had finally succumbed to the lychguard and warriors.

However, Deathcry had destroyed the deceiver and continued forward.

Deathcry mangled a few lychguard, but ultimately met his demise.

the necron deathmarks took aim and again fired upon Fane. This time their aim was true, and Fane collapsed on the field.

The Cultists tried to avenge Fane and threw themselves at the deathmarks.

It wouldn’t matter though.

The necrons were claiming the field and resecuring the temple.

The field was lost and the necrons had claimed victory.
