The Unhappy Care Home Manager

This is the story of Boris the Unhappy Care Home Managerand how he became a very HAPPY one!

Not so very long ago, Boris was a decidedly unhappy Home Manager. All he wanted was for his residents to be happy and well looked after, with happy staff and happy feelings all round. Yet something was getting in the way.

Boris looked apprehensive. “No-one can make time,” he thought.
