I am not the expert, but am the conduit/facilitator of this information.

We always walk the fine line between involving the public and influencing the public.

We must turn away from the assumption that this is “their” (the Government, Environmentalists, etc.) idea or desire & face the assumption that this is “our” (the community) idea or desire.

Imagine an elephant and its rider in the midst of a tangled jungle.  Something has to change; a direction must be established & a path cleared.

...the challenge is to blend a rational case directed toward the mind (the rider) into an experience that is very much aimed at the heart (the elephant).
