2. Release Overview

2.1 “Training Details” Enhancement

An enhancement has been made to the “Training Details” functionality with the option of removing all

Training Records.

2.2 “Non-Financial / Additional” Field added to “Custom Authorisation Requests” Report

An enhancement has been made with the addition of “Non-Financial / Additional” Fields selection in

“Custom Authorisation Requests” Report.

2.3 Performance Appraisal Enhancement

An enhancement has been made in ESS (Employee Self Service) that enables the manager to view

the employee's Score and Comments on the Appraisal.

2.4 Sorting Levels added to Report filters

An enhancement has been made with the addition of Sorting Levels to allow for additional sorting of

Report data.

2.5 “Filter Fields” added to “Custom Employee Information (Extended)” Reports

An enhancement has been made with the addition of “Filter Fields” in “Custom Employee Information

(Extended)” Report.

2.6 “Employee ETI Details” renamed to “ETI Qualifying Employees”

The “Employee ETI Details” report has been renamed to “ETI Qualifying Employees”.

2.7 Unpaid Leave Default Value on Payslips

An enhancement has been made to, by default, display the financial value of unpaid leave on the

payslip as a negative value.

2.8 “Maximum Pay Limit” per Pay Interval Option

An enhancement has been made with the addition of the option to set a Maximum Pay Limit per pay

interval for an employee.

2.9 Reporting Option on Value Type in “Payslip Analysis (Tabular/.csv)” Report

An enhancement has been made to the “Payslip Analysis (Tabular/.csv)” report to allow the user to

select a value type to report on.

2.10 “Total Employees” Field on “Payslip Analysis (Tabular/.csv)” Report Moved to Left

The “Total Employees” field on the Payslip Analysis (Tabular/.csv) Report has been moved to the left

to appear with Rate of Pay information and not with Allowances.

2.11 Quarterly Employment Statistics

An enhancement has been made to automatically include Commission where the entry type is linked

to SARS source code 3606.

2.12 “General Ledger Company Summary” Report

An enhancement has been made with the addition of a “General Ledger Company Summary” Report,

allowing for the balancing of payroll accounts.

2.13 New Employment Sub-status added “Reduced Work Time”

An enhancement has been made to “Employment Sub Statuses”, allowing the user to capture

reduced working hours for UIF reporting purposes.
