Prerequisites for the Interface

• Set up Deanery Training Post as an ESR Position

• The NHS Trusts must use the Recruitment Module in ESR

• The Deanery must use be ready to use the interface

1. Agree the details of the Post with the Deanery

1. Create Requisition & Vacancy

2. Attach Vacancy to Recruitment Activity

3. Outbound Interface Runs - Overnight Process

4. Inbound Interface Runs - Overnight Process

5. Applicant Arrives in ESR

Select the appropriate ESR Form… 

Set up the Requisition and Vacancy 

The Vacancy will need to be given a unique identifier and completed with the relevant details for the position to be advertised.
