RevenueSharingRevenuesharingisanop?onprovidingmutualbenefitstohelptheVendorandDFAsucceedtogether.Thisisanop?onalprogramandwillbediscussedonanindividualbasis.Theprogramensuresbothpar?esreceiveadequatevalue.Revenuesharingshouldneverbedoneattheexpenseofprice,serviceorqualitytoourFranchiseeMembers.ThisrevenuetotheDFAwillcounttowardaSilver,GoldorPla?numPartnershiplevel.OncetheVendorreachesapartnershiplevel,theywillremainatthesamelevelfor12consecu?vemonthsandhavetheopportunitytorenewannually.Adver?singandmee?ngopportuni?es,athigherrates,areavailabletoVendorswhodonotwishtopar?cipateinVendorPartnershipProgram.

SigningUpTheDFAresearcheseachVendortoensurethereisagoodfitforourFranchiseeMembership.Referencesandacompletedapplica?onarerequired.Oncealldocumentshavebeencompletedandreceived,theDFAwillreviewallmaterials.Acontractisnotconsideredinplaceun?lasignatureisobtainedfromtheCEOoftheDFAandtheVendorrepresenta?ve,andtheannualmembershipfeehasbeenreceived.

VendorRequirementsThefollowingrequirementsmustbemetbeforeacontractcanbefinalized.TheVendormust:
