In his presentation Dr. R. Kumar differentiated between sick

do, through healthy lifestyle. In unhealthy life style a person
engages in activities that are detrimental to health; whether it’s

alcohol little too much or spending too many hours planted in
front of the TV, smoking, not exercising, eating unhealthy
foods, and not maintaining a healthy weight and exposure to
chemicals. Children are having burgers, French fries and colas.
Herbicides and pesticides are sprayed on the foods while they
are growing. It is known that antibiotic abuse, hormone
exposure and toxin exposure are having a negative effect upon
health. A diet rich in proteins, fruits, green vegetables, seeds in
the most natural forms constitute healthy diet.
Healthy life style includes plenty of clean water, regular
physical activity, adequate sleep, exposure to sunshine,
forgiveness, healthcare screening when necessary, Adequate
laugh, company of family and friends, control of addictive
behaviors, quiet mind and gratitude. Use of medicines is
avoidable in most cases. Pain killers can cause stomach
problems such as ulcers. Paracetamol is the most common
cause of liver toxicity. Antibiotics are highly misused, leading
to long-term damage.
Stress is a unhealthy way of life. Having a cluttered living
space can create stress and following problems: increased
anxiety, increased risk of allergies of skin and respiratory
allergies, cause chronic fatigue syndrome. Chronic stress starts
causing damage to your health, your mood, your productivity,
your relationships, and your quality of life. It can raise blood
pressure, suppress the immune system, increase the risk of
heart attack and stroke, contribute to infertility, and speed up
the aging process. Improper or inadequate breathing by these
persons can cause shortage of oxygen in the blood. It could very
