– 1. Must be Participating SPEEDE and agree to participate RT– 2. Provide information on how you process SPEEDE today– 3. We send test files for processing– 4. Work together to make it work

Host/Sending– 1. Must be Participating SPEEDE and agree o par– 2. Generate a TS 130 compliant file for testing – 3. We will work with you on this process
