Chief Financial Officer
Alessandro has been with Neomobile since 2009.
He oversaw the BlueGem and MPVenture
investment and change of control, and brings an
outstanding contribution to financial management,
oversight and bank relations.
Prior to Neomobile, Alessandro was CFO at
MedEnergy Group, a leading energy company,
and was also financial director in companies such
as Toyota Motor Italia and the Media Group
L’Espresso.

Gianluca D’Agostino is a successful entrepreneur
and a pioneer in business innovation in the Mobile
industry.
Before launching Neomobile, he accumulated 20
years of international experience and was actively
involved in other mobile start-ups, the most
successful of which was the French m-community,
Freever.
He also held a variety of management and executive
roles with big corporations such as KPMG, TIM and
Telecom Italia.
In 2009-11 Gianluca was named in the Top 50 Execs
by ME Magazine and in 2011 was elected “Media
Momentum Man of the Year”.

Claudio Rossi is the Co-Founder and Chief
Operating Officer of Neomobile Group. He
oversees the company’s day-to day business
activities, including Business Development,
Marketing and Media.
Prior to Neomobile, Claudio was a manager at
Wind (head of MMS and Wap services), Sisal
and CiaoWeb (Fiat Group).

by means of SMS sent or received (MT/MO). The SMS payment is billed to the consumer’s
mobile phone account.
Mobile Direct Billing in One-click
Billing method that charges mobile payment amounts directly to the end user´s mobile
phone bill or the available prepaid credit. Via user telephone number recognition (in 5
