onto the left side, and remain there while getting or waiting

for medical help.

Give half litre of water or

milk in which milk of magnesia (50 grams) has

been added.

If milk or water is not available then olive oil, butter, white of an egg and barley water can

be given.

As quickly as possible, flush contaminated area with lukewarm, gently flowing water for at least 20-30mints.

Remove all the jewellery or clothing which had contact with acid.

Don’t apply any kind of

cream and ointment on the affected area as it may

slow the treatment procedure by doctors.

hospital.

Do not Induce vomiting unless you are

told to do so by the poison control center or a Doctor.

Do not Try to neutralize the poison

with lime juice or vinegar; or any other substance, unless u are told to do so by the poison control centre or a Doctor.

Do not Use any “cure - all” type
