Alexander the Great’s son.

The Lyceum• Founded in 335 B.C.• Lasted 12 years under Aristotle

Knowledge• Logic and reasoning is how we learn.• It’s possible to learn everything there

is to know.

Ethics• We need to find our greatest good and

pursue it.• Use our own knowledge to better the

community.

Politics• A verification of good virtue and ethics.• “Government is either for the good of the
