• All underslab utilities complete-both buildings• Slab on grade complete on Science, 90% on Academic/Student

Services• Steel erection complete on Science, 90% on Academic/Student

Services• Electrical, HVAC ductwork, plumbing 60% complete on Science,

not started on Academic/Student Services• Interior framing 45% complete on Science, not started on Acad….• Still on schedule to occupy buildings in early summer 2011• Loop road complete, new parking complete (1,100 spaces)• Cypress Center has been delayed due to permit issues with Harris

County—Fall Semester, 2011 opening is in jeopardy
