He killed at least 29 people.

Not all strangers are bad…but some are and you can’t tell which ones are good and which ones are bad just by looking at them.

So you need to be careful around ALL strangers.

Just because a stranger looks nice doesn’t mean it’s ok to talk to them.

There are some strangers you can trust and it’s OK to talk to them.

A Trusted Adult…

Is someone you KNOWAnd FEEL SAFE with.

Don’t talk to a stranger unless a trusted adult says it’s OK.
