• 10 courses:– 1st year – school’s own project (3.5

courses)– 2nd and 3rd year – regional co-operation

(3.5 and 3 courses)– Maximum 20 students/from each upper

secondary school (total 80 students/year in Jyväskylä region)

Training program

• Make your own learning contract

• Write learning diary

• Co-operate and work with your own team

• Start your training company

• Read one book on a certain area

• Make a report from this training year

Training season 2010-2011

• 2-3 hours/week and three team weekends with your team

• Team learning – how to build a working team

• Set a common goal/target

• Create and compose your own project and realize it in action
